Cosmo Tapas Restaurant Celebrates with Spanish Flair
After four years in Albuquerque’s Nob Hill neighborhood, we re-opened with a renewed focus on Spanish cuisine and the upscale contemporary atmosphere.
Let the experience begin with specially selected wines and drink creations from our award winning mixologists and savor the food in the only Spanish restaurant in Albuquerque. We offer tapas such as Calamares A La Romana (fried calamari with spicy aioli) or Mejillones Costa Brava (steamed mussels in white wine, smoked tomatoes, Spanish chorizo, and Valdeón cheese) and some favorites from the previous menu, award winning Scallops Al Pil Pil tapa. Owner and Chef Cecilia Kido states that tapas “are the essence of what a main dish is minus the fillers.” For entrees, Sous Chef Rebolledo offers, among others, four different types of paellas. Paella is the dish most equated with Spain and it is Cosmo’s signature entrée. Spanish cocktails, wines, cheeses, and cured meats such as the most prized jamón Ibérico are also available at Cosmo.
